Family Medicine
We offer a full complement of family medicine services for all ages and stages of life. By using a collaborative care model, we diagnose and manage illness as well as help people live longer, healthier lives. Patient appointments take place mainly in the clinic however your doctor may also offer a virtual care alternative depending on your medical issue. Please inquire with your family doctor for available options.
Duty Clinic
Crossroads Family Practice offers same-day appointments for acute healthcare concerns; issues that cannot wait for the next available appointment but are usually not so serious as to need a visit to the emergency department. Some examples of these types of medical issues would be sore throats, children with fevers, urinary tract infections, among others. Please call the clinic and let our receptionist know the nature of your problem. She will provide choices based on the information you provide.
Well Woman Clinics
Crossroads offers a monthly well-woman clinic to all women in our community. A well-woman appointment consists of a pap smear test and a review of some of the risk factors for disease that affect women’s health. We can also provide counseling and prescriptions for contraception.
